英國(guó)BurKard Tullgren土壤動(dòng)物分離漏斗已經(jīng)在全世界使用了超過(guò)50年時(shí)間，是采用干式或濕式將土壤生物從土壤樣品中分離出來(lái)的儀器設(shè)備。

工作原理：將土壤或干草樣品放在漏斗可移動(dòng)的上半部分。燈的熱度和光線(xiàn)為土壤樣品創(chuàng)造一個(gè)大約14℃的溫度梯度。這就刺激節(jié)肢動(dòng)物和其他的生物體向下運(yùn)動(dòng)，穿過(guò)薄紗到達(dá)漏斗底部的收集槽中。燈的位置可以調(diào)節(jié)，使土壤的溫度逐漸上升，從而防止這些慢速運(yùn)動(dòng)的生物在干硬的土壤塊中被困住。過(guò)濾網(wǎng)周?chē)型L(fēng)口以防止土壤樣本變硬板結(jié)。如果要采用濕式采集，則將漏斗灌滿(mǎn)水，將薄紗放好，線(xiàn)蟲(chóng)類(lèi)或其它會(huì)游泳的生物收集在漏斗的底部，可以間隔一定時(shí)間，將底部抽出來(lái)（這種方法適合收集黃金線(xiàn)蟲(chóng)），有沒(méi)有燈都可以。
